

This mode is not feasible for office work but it can be useful when playing games which depend on the exact location of a key. I tried a second Windows 7 laptop with the same result. I tried updating the AnyDesk software on the laptop, and reinstalling the app on the tablet. I can still see the AnyDesk Settings button, but no laptop picture. Until recently, everything was fine, but one day, and every time since, I connected as usual but could only see a black screen. AnyDesk ensures secure and reliable remote desktop connections for IT. Fixed a bug where the user got stuck with 'waiting for image' window. If that doesn't work, change the size of your client window and try 'auto-adapt resolution' again. Under 'display settings' monitor icon choose 'auto-adapt resolution'. (until you do this auto-adapt option below is greyed out) click 'cancel'.

Under the 'actions' lightning icon choose ctrl+alt+del. Wait until it it says 'waiting for image'.
